Helps not to think sometimes.

Why does our heart care for someone who actually doesnt mean much to us? Or the very fact that we care implies they mean something to us? I am seriously confused. Currently I am witnessing myself being nice to some people..rather "extra nice". Without a motive. Without expectations. Dont know what triggers me to do so. Its bizarre. I am more than sure I dont pop up in their minds even once in a day. Then why? I hate myself for that. Most people end up taking things for granted. I wish I had the power to not bother so much.

May be not a wise idea, but when things dont happen the way you pictured it to be.. you need a vent.. and blogging prolly lends a helping hand.

My name is Billa

Alright, Billa is all set to release soon. Its been few days since music was out.
Thoughts...

Theme:-
My pick in the album. Mindblowing work. I can draw parallels to this one and Kadhal Kondein theme with regards to its mesmerizing nature . Truly one of Yuvan's master pieces. I cant wait to see this theme on screen.. its sure to set the theater on fire.

My name is Billa:-
A very neat try. Nothing sounds out of place or uncalled for. Absence of raps that make no sense is refreshing. At this point of time when every music director is bringing in Raps! Voices are very voguish. Trust Kay Kay!!
Manasakkum Arivukkum Thooram Irunthathaal Nanmai.
How true! The whistle gives a nice finishing touch to the song.

Naan Meendum:-
BGM is the savior of this song. The tune is not something out of the ordinary. Deepika's voice evokes some distaste. It really doesn't sound as what the director expected it to sound I guess. Anushka would have done a better job.

Sei:
A good one! The beginning interlude of Mandolin (Im guessing) or may be Guitar... throws you off your seat. Voices abet the music in evoking "erotica" . Jeeez. Guessing this one should have Namitha in it. A very obvious conclusion aint it?! Good use of electric cords. Its good to see new voices being hunt down.

Seval Kodi:-
Its the same Vijay Yesudas + dappankutthu +Yuvan combination. Not impressive. Vijay Yesudas should start exercising his versatility more before the crowd gets bored of his stereotype voice.

Vethalayai Pottendi:-
Shankar Mahadevan is the MAN! Wonder how he manages to keep Bollywood partying everynight as well as Kollywood dancing madly. Kudos to him. Sounds a little like"Dil Mein Baji Guitar" ..but its okay :) All s fair in love , war and so-called-creativity :).
Summa Summa Asatthum!!

Lets give it to Yuvan!
Listen on.
